Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Data Input: Accurately enter a high volume of data from various sources into the store's databases and spreadsheets.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory records by entering data from stock receipts, transfers, and sales. This is essential for managing stock levels and ensuring product availability.
• Data Verification: Regularly review, cross-check, and correct data discrepancies and errors to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both digital and physical files in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
• Report Generation: Assist in generating reports and data summaries as requested by management, such as sales reports, stock analyses, or financial summaries.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed is essential, with a focus on high accuracy.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and basic office software,
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage efficiently and prioritize tasks accordingly and meet deadlines
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clarify data requirements.
• Teamwork: The capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must be currently residing in Bahrain and possess a transferable work visa.
