MEP Quantity Surveyor Required In Bahrain (Local and Overseas)-Indian Male
JOB KNOWLEDGE :-
Must be good in communication english.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, MSP
Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry projects especially from construction civil and mep projects.
Must have exp in preparing Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates and Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
Must have GCC experience in high rise projects
GCC valid DL will be an added advantage
Local candidate will be preferred more
Age : Within 30 years
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
5 -7 years experience in similar role
