JOB KNOWLEDGE :

Must be good in communication.

Must have strong knowledge of Civil projects from starting to handover specialised in high rise projects.

Proven track record in managing high-rise buildings and villa developments.

Demonstrated experience leading large teams (300+ personnel)

Capable of establishing and running full-scale project operations independently

Construction contracting experience is mandatory (consultant backgrounds not considered)

Must hold a valid driver’s license

Department : Construction

Age : Within 32 - 42 years

Qualification : Bachelors degree in engieering or any related field

Experience : 8 -12 years experience

Duty Hours : 10 hours
