Job Title: Business Development Executive ( Female ) - OMAN
Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in OMAN. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, pitching clients, and closing deals. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Pitch clients and present our services
- Meet clients face-to-face to build relationships and close deals
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Valid or expired OMAN driving license
- Experience in operations or sales, preferably in the overseas recruitment industry
- GCC market knowledge and understanding of the local business landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic speaking is an added advantage
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and close big deals
