Talent management and acquisition: Develop and execute strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. This includes creating job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and overseeing the entire onboarding process.
Compensation and benefits: Design, implement, and manage competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Training and development: Identify employee training needs and create programs to enhance skills, improve performance, and foster career growth.
Employee relations: Act as a link between employees and management, mediating disputes, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Performance management: Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and providing guidance and coaching to managers and staff.
