Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented architectural engineer (male or female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings using CAD/BIM software.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations during different project phases.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
• Prepare cost estimates, material specifications, and project schedules.
• Provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional license (preferred but not always required).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and project management skills.
