We are hiring a Female Preschool Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who is committed to supporting early childhood teachers. Must be excellent collaborator when working with parents and staff.
As a Preschool Administrator, you will oversee the curriculum, teaching staff, and overall operations of the preschool.
Responsibilities of the School Administrator:
*Oversee daily operations of the school.
*Manage and support staff, including participating in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
*Work as an effective staff member of our preschool, including attending staff meetings and participating in other school activities.
*Understands and promotes the value of play-based learning.
*Show respect to all families
Experience: Previous teaching experience preferred and experience working with young children.
Should have practical understanding of planning effective developmentally age appropriate early childhood activities.
Previous administrative or leadership experience is preferred.
Personal Qualities
Must be friendly, inviting, self-motivated, even-tempered, creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable. Must be highly organized and able to work well with other staff as well as parents in a cooperative school setting.
