???? Job Responsibilities:
An Architectural Foreman overseeing finishing works is responsible for supervising and managing all finishing activities on a construction site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
1. Supervision & Site Coordination
Supervise and coordinate all finishing work (e.g., plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, wall cladding, flooring, doors/windows, etc.).
Ensure that subcontractors and laborers follow the work plan, specifications, and approved drawings.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and site briefings.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other site foremen for scheduling and task execution.
2. Quality Control
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with architectural specifications and standards.
Report and rectify any quality deficiencies.
Conduct snagging and de-snagging processes with consultants/clients.

???? Certifications & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred) Educational background in construction or architectural technology.
Foreman Training Certificate Many vocational institutes offer certified foreman or site supervisor programs.
Trade Certifications Depending on specialization: tiling, painting, carpentry, gypsum, etc.
AutoCAD/Blueprint Reading Skills (optional) Ability to read and interpret drawings and architectural plans.
