1.Installation & Commissioning: Perform on-site installation and start-up of new compressed air and vacuum systems.
2.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tank draining, to prevent issues and extend equipment life.
3.Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems on various compressor types (reciprocating and rotary screw) using precision measuring tools.
4.Repairs & Overhauls: Perform hands-on repairs, including replacing worn parts and leading complex component rebuilds and overhauls.
5.System Calibration: Calibrate and adjust control systems to ensure proper and efficient operation.
