Senior AC Technicia - URGENT HIRING KSA

Primary Purpose:
• To utilize technical expertise of maintenance staff to maintain Regional Office Facilities / Company AC systems & to ensure that the AC systems, company-wide, are well maintained and efficiently running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Company A/C systems company-wide and in housing villas.
• Follow up and administer all new service applications, and ensure the installation of all by the concerned authorities and up to required specs and standards.
• Liaise with contractors and keep abreast of developments and trends within the industry.
• Exercise strict and effective control on inventories, budget, expenditure, accountability, and office procedures.
• Improve the technical expertise of the Maintenance Department staff by example and on-the-job training.
• Maximize on productivity by efficient allocation of tasks related to properties, trades and geographical locations.
• Institute effective preventive maintenance system and make regular inspection.
• Be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
• Perform duties outside the scope of his trade in case of emergency, if called upon to do so.
• Be willing and capable of passing on his skills to Trainees under his supervision.
