We are an established company with 18 years of successful operations in Bahrain, looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Tubli.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
Handle client inquiries and follow up effectively
Maintain proper records and documentation
Support the office team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Good communication skills, especially confident and clear speaking over the phone
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred: Previous experience in customer service or coordination
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: BHD 120 – 160 (depending on experience)
Additional benefits offered according to applicant profile
Company car provided if you hold a valid driving license
