Commissioning Engineer – Duba, KSA 102

• Lead and manage commissioning activities on-site
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, schedules, and cost controls
• Ensure smooth handover, pre-commissioning, and preservation processes
• Define system boundaries and scopes of work
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, vendors, and clients
• Ensure all commissioning documentation is complete and accurate
• Participate in and lead project and safety reviews

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in process or commissioning engineering (preferably in the chemical or electrolysis sectors)
• Strong on-site experience with international EPC or engineering firms
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel or relocate as required
• High awareness of HSE standards and procedures
• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
