Your Mission:
As a key field sales representative, you’ll prospect, develop, and manage client relationships while promoting our full range of print services (offset, digital, large-format, packaging, etc.). You’ll be the face of our company requiring daily travel to meet clients, understand their needs, and deliver winning print solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in your territory.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (B2B focus).
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and press checks with clients.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Travel daily using a company vehicle or personal car (mileage reimbursed).
Collaborate with design, production, and customer service teams.
Achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM pipeline and sales activity reports.
Stay current on print industry trends and competitor offerings.
What You Bring:
3+ years of B2B sales experience (printing industry experience strongly preferred).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (non-negotiable).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and finishing.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
