Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the logistics Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's logistics solutions to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in need of Road freight forwarding.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.

Conduct face-to-face meetings and negotiations with prospective clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Outdoor Sales within the logistics, transportation, or Road freight forwarding industry.

Strong knowledge of logistics operations including Road and air freight.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have Bahrain Driving License.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.

Salary will be discussed on Interview.
