- coordinate effectively with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- contribute idea for menu updates, specials and cost control.
requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in preparing north indian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
- expertise in tandoor cooking, gravies, breads (naan, roti) and regional north indian dishes.
- ability to work independently and handle high pressure situations.
- good communications and team spirit.
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
