Job Summary:
We at DERNA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANY are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential, commercial, or industrial painting and a strong understanding of surface preparation, tools, materials, and safety protocols. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting work that meets our company's standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, patching, priming, etc.)
• Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces
• Mix and match paint colors
• Set up scaffolding and ladders safely
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean and working condition
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a painter (minimum [2] years preferred)
• Familiarity with painting tools, techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to work at heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
