Position Title: Sales Engineer – Air Conditioning

1. Objective
To support the company’s sales growth by identifying customer needs, proposing suitable HVAC solutions, and ensuring technical and commercial alignment with client requirements. The Sales Engineer will act as a bridge between the technical team and the customer, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.
• Technical Support
• Understand customer requirements and provide HVAC solutions accordingly.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Proposal & Quotation Management
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies.
• Project Coordination
• Follow up on project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve any technical issues.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

• Monthly sales reports and forecasts.

4. Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
