Civil QC Inspector (Aramco Approved)

Be part of our top-tier team working on flagship Saudi Aramco infrastructure and construction projects! We’re actively hiring a Saudi Aramco Approved Civil QC Inspector to lead quality assurance on civil works including foundations, concrete, structural steel, coatings, and excavation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections for excavation, backfilling, concrete pouring, rebar placement, grouting, and structural steel works
- Verify compliance with SAES, SAMSS, ACI, ASTM, and Aramco procedures and standards
- Review and validate construction materials from 9COM-approved vendors
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure proper execution of formwork, finishing, curing, and coating applications
- Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain complete inspection documentation including ITPs, checklist forms, method statements, and QA logs
- Interface with project management, contractors, and Saudi Aramco civil inspectors for progress updates and quality approvals
- Ensure proper testing and results recording for slump tests, cube samples, soil compaction, and grout compressive strength
- Monitor safety compliance per SMG No. 07-005 during civil execution phases
- Participate in final walkthroughs, snagging, and project handovers

Requirements:

- Valid Aramco Civil QC Approval Certificate
- Experience in large-scale industrial or oil & gas construction projects
- Strong command of Saudi Aramco standards, construction codes, and documentation protocols
- Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred
- Skilled in field coordination, safety adherence, and daily reporting

Salary

- SAR 4,000 – 5,500/month negotiable
