Job Vacancy: Perfumer – Newly Opening Perfume Factory (Bahrain)

We are hiring a professional Perfumer for our newly established perfume manufacturing factory in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in fragrance creation, formulation, and blending of essential oils and perfume compounds.

*Position:* Perfumer / Fragrance Specialist
*Location:* Bahrain
*Type:* Full-Time
*Industry:* Perfume Manufacturing
*Experience:* 2–5 years in perfumery or fragrance development

*Job Responsibilities:*
- Develop and create new fragrance formulas (EDP, EDT, oils, air fresheners, etc.)
- Mix, evaluate, and refine fragrances based on market demand
- Work with production team to ensure batch consistency
- Source and select essential oils and raw materials
- Maintain fragrance records and formula database
- Assist in quality control and R&D of new products

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in fragrance blending or perfumery
- Knowledge of raw fragrance materials and industry standards
- Creativity with attention to scent balance and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Diploma or training in perfumery (preferred)
