Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of 4 restaurant branches
Support and coordinate with the Central Kitchen team
Ensure quality, consistency, and smooth service across all locations
Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must have a valid driving license and own car (travel between branches required)
