Job Purpose:

To professionally perform marble polishing and grinding tasks using specialized equipment and appropriate materials to achieve high-quality finishing, shine, and surface preservation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform marble polishing and grinding using manual and automatic machines.
• Clean marble surfaces before, during, and after polishing.
• Apply proper chemicals and polishing materials safely and correctly.
• Repair minor surface defects such as scratches, stains, and small cracks.
• Maintain and clean all polishing equipment regularly.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines during all work activities.
• Report regularly on equipment condition and material usage.
• Communicate professionally with clients and explain the work process when required.

Required Skills:
• Previous experience in marble polishing (preferred or training can be provided).
• Good knowledge of different types of marble and floor surfaces.
• Ability to handle marble polishing machines and equipment.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Commitment to punctuality and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills with team members and clients.

Qualifications:
• No university degree required.
• Certificate or training course in marble polishing or related field is preferred.
