Accounts Manager

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in managing a team and working closely with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closings
Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and budgets
Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT, and other regulations
Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
Coordinate with external auditors and banks
Support financial planning and decision-making
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
Minimum 6 -8 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP)
Strong knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
