Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager based in Saudi Arabia to manage strategic relationships with large enterprise clients in the AI and software services sector. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between major Saudi clients and our technology teams in India, the United States, and Singapore. This role requires a strong blend of relationship management, commercial acumen, and a good understanding of AI-driven solutions and enterprise software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for large AI-focused enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. Build strong, long-term relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.
• Account Growth & Strategy:
Develop account plans, drive upselling and cross-selling of software platforms, data services, and AI capabilities. Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within assigned accounts.
• Project Coordination:
Coordinate delivery and implementation of services with technology teams in India, the US, and Singapore. Ensure client expectations are met and delivery milestones are achieved.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate regular status updates, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic planning meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Contract and SLA Management:
Ensure all commercial agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs are maintained and aligned with client expectations.
• Issue Resolution:
Act as the escalation point for any client concerns or service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Market Insight:
Provide feedback on regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to help shape regional strategy and offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:
o 7–10 years of experience in enterprise account management or client servicing roles.
o Proven track record managing large enterprise or government clients in Saudi Arabia, especially in AI, cloud platforms, or software services.
o Experience working with or coordinating offshore teams across geographies.

• Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
o Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software.
o Deep understanding of the Saudi digital transformation landscape, especially Vision 2030 initiatives.

Preferred Attributes
• Prior experience working with Indian, American, or Singaporean tech services firms.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in KSA for software and data services.
