A leading construction company in Khobar, KSA, is urgently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

1- Fluent in Arabic and English.

2-Has a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering field.

3-Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role within the construction industry in KSA.

4-Proven track record in contacting potential clients (government & private sector) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

5-Strong ability to identify, pursue, and secure new projects while maintaining existing client relationships.

6-Expertise in monitoring government and private sector tenders via electronic platforms and assessing their suitability for the company.

7-Strategic thinker with skills in market research, opportunity analysis, and tender management.
