Job Title: Telecom Ecosystem Partnership Manager

Position Overview:
To accelerate our expansion, we seek industry-connected professionals to jointly develop Saudi Arabia's telecom and critical public utility markets.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Deep Telecom Operator Engagement
 Lead end-to-end project tracking, technical requirements analysis, and procurement processes with all Saudi telecom operators (including STC, Mobily, Zain)
 Drive technical solution discussions, quotation negotiations, and contract execution
 Establish and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and technical teams at telecom operators

B. Strategic Market Expansion
 Develop communication solution partnerships with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), National Water Company (NWC), and major enterprises
 Identify digital transformation needs in government/public utility sectors and deliver tailored proposals

C. Market Intelligence Hub
 Monitor strategic initiatives: Smart Devices & Consumer Electronics,Industrial IoT (IIoT), Smart City Applications,Vehicle Networking (V2X), Smart Agriculture, Energy & Environmental Monitoring, Security & Surveillance etc.
 Analyze competitive landscape and deliver actionable market insights

Requirements:

A. Industry Background:
3+ years experience within Saudi telecom operators OR core team member at telecom OEM/system integrator serving Saudi operators
B. Network:
Proven trusted relationships with mid/senior telecom operator contacts; SEC/NWC/enterprise connections preferred
C. Languages:
Native-level fluency in both Arabic and English
D. Technical Knowledge:
Cellular Communication, Short-Range Communication，GNSS ，Wired Communication etc.
E. Core Traits:

Intelligence Hunter: Expertise in uncovering pre-tender information through networks
