Job Responsibilities:
Lead the sales management and promotion of water purifiers in the Saudi market, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies, expand and maintain customer resources, and increase market share.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing training, performance evaluations, and motivation to ensure efficient execution of sales plans.
Analyze market demand and competitive dynamics, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors to drive mutual success.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management for decision-making support.
Requirements:
The most recent job must be in the water purifier industry, with at least two years of relevant work experience.
At least five years of work experience in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the local market.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
A valid Saudi driving license.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Riyadh.
Other Qualifications:
Strong sales leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
Excellent market analysis, customer development, and relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales plans with strong commercial judgment and risk management awareness.
