• Oversee daily café operations and ensure high standards of service
• Supervise, train, and support café staff
• Maintain inventory and manage ordering
• Handle customer feedback with a smile and professionalism
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (café, restaurant, or retail preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A positive attitude and love for working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for sweets, coffee, and customer service
