We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Future Food Company, specializing in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Develop and execute strategies for sales growth within the HoReCa sector
• Identify business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Analyze market trends to maintain a competitive advantage
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• In-depth knowledge of the HoReCa sector, market trends, and customer needs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market conditions
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
