Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Quality Assurance with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control and assurance within warehouse operations and the food industry. A smart, proactive individual with strong English communication skills is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor QA processes in line with company and industry standards
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
Prepare and maintain QA documentation, inspection reports, and records
Assist in audits, investigations, and corrective actions
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues
Train staff on quality standards and practices

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in QA roles in warehouse or food industry environments
Strong understanding of quality standards and food safety regulations
Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (spoken and written)
Smart, analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and QA systems
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience with audit preparation and supplier quality management
Training or certification in quality systems (HACCP, ISO, etc.)
