Job Title: Presales Engineer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 10,000 – 12,000 (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 3 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Presales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, deliver tailored technical solutions, and help convert opportunities into successful sales. Your responsibilities will include client engagement, product demonstrations, technical documentation, and proposal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Engage with clients to assess requirements and present customized product/service offerings.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare technical proposals, submittals, and documentation aligned with RFPs and RFIs.
• Serve as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Respond to customer queries and provide post-demonstration support.
• Assist in closing deals by supporting sales discussions with technical insights.
• Translate business needs into workable technical solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Presales, Technical Sales, Solution Engineering, or a similar role.
• Bilingual – Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience handling RFP/RFI processes and technical proposal writing.
• Strong knowledge of IT/engineering products and services.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
