Minimum Job Requirements:

Proven ability to independently manage professional correspondence and support executive-level planning.
Experience in coordinating strategic initiatives with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated competence in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Education & Certification:

Preferred Major: Management Information Systems (MIS), Accounting, or Finance.
Certifications: Not mandatory, but relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Proven industry knowledge and familiarity with operational and reporting structures.

Preferred Skills:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in industry-standard reporting and documentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP.
High level of proficiency in English is required.
