Job description
Position: Operation Supervisor

To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the plant by managing operational activities, supervising frontline staff, and ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate plant operations and manpower.
• Monitor daily production processes and optimize performance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of operations, production logs, and incident reports.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant operations, preferably in waste management, recycling, or utilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shift rotation.
