Business Development Manager For

A business development manager is needed for an architecture / engineering and contracting company in Riyadh, Al-Olaya district. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development for engineering consulting and contracting firms and the ability to lead growth strategies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies to increase market share, identifying new opportunities, engaging with current and potential clients, building strategic relationships with partners and suppliers, preparing periodic reports on business performance, and making recommendations. Participation in pricing and proposal planning is also required.

The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, business administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in business development within the engineering consulting and contracting sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work under pressure to achieve goals, and a good understanding of the local market and its trends are essential. This position is open only to residents of Riyadh.
