We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for helping customers and a strong command of English and Urdu/Hindi communication. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving issues efficiently.
Job Description:
* Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or email
* Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
* Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests
Requirements:
* Minimum Intermediate education
* Pakistani or Indian nationality only
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Customer service experience is a plus
Offer:
* Salary: 4500 SAR per month
