TRACKWORKS MANAGER

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Trackworks Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in trackworks management, specifically within the railway sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of trackworks operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery for railway trackworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality and safety are maintained throughout projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in railway trackworks management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of railway safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
