Warehouse Worker - Order Picker

• Receive the Pick List from the date entry after recording the name and signature
• Start picking the required quantity as per the pick list following the location sequence.
• Ensure picking the right SKUs, quantities from the right locations.
• Ensure picking goods according to QA rolls.
• Handle Product Properly to avoid damaging Products during picking
• Ensure no expired or near to expire products are Picked
• In case Picking Location empty from stock immediately reported to the replenishment supervisor and get signature of stock not available.
• The picker is accountable for his picking accuracy & this will reflect on his performance appraisal.
• Match picked products with pick list.
• Arrange all products in proper manner inside the box / carton for easier receiving in the pharmacy.
• Close all boxes/cartons & print the label tag & fix it on two sides of boxes / cartons.
• Move the pallets and cartons to the staging area alone with the pick list.
• Achieve the daily productivity target.
• After completion picking process ensure all trolley / Pallets are organised & submit it to handover responsible.
• Ensure applying the approved and trained SOP and any Other instruction from the direct Supervisors
• Maintains the housekeeping of the warehouse
• Adheres to company policy and safety procedures followed in the company and the use of tools to maintain the safety and property of
the company and work to create a secure environment
