???? Job Purpose:
To generate and manage sales of the company’s products and services within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) segment, ensuring strong customer relationships and revenue growth.
????️ Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel F&B managers, restaurant owners, chefs, and catering managers.
Promote and sell the company’s products (e.g., food, beverages, kitchen equipment, services).
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer activity and competitor movement.
Handle negotiations, quotations, and closing deals.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain sales reports and client databases (CRM).
???? Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
2–5 years experience in sales, preferably in HORECA/FMCG/Hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license.

Prior relationships with key HORECA players in the region.
Background in foodservice, beverages, or premium hospitality goods.
Experience launching new products into the market.
