Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives with an MBA in Sales & Marketing and 2–5 years of experience specifically in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and establishing strong relationships within the hospitality and food service industry across Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers).
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
Conduct product presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Provide excellent post-sales support and service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
MBA in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the HORECA sector in Bahrain or GCC.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
