We are seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, particularly within the fashion industry. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Implement effective strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales growth.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and maximize product visibility.
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, feedback, and training to staff members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
