Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of both electrical and plumbing systems? We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and support our technical team in Jeddah.
???? Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of electricians and plumbers.
Plan and delegate maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety standards and quality of work.
Diagnose complex technical issues and assist technicians with troubleshooting.
Maintain maintenance records and generate periodic reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience is required.
Strong technical knowledge in both trades (electrical & plumbing).
Ability to read technical diagrams, plans, and specifications.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Vocational or technical diploma in electrical or plumbing preferred.
Transferable Iqama is a plus (for candidates inside Saudi Arabia).
