DTF Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTF (Direct to Film) Machine Operator to join our printing and production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating DTF machines and an understanding of garment printing processes. This role involves managing the setup, operation, and maintenance of DTF equipment to ensure high-quality prints and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor DTF printing machines and related equipment.

Prepare artwork files, load films, and align designs for accurate transfer.

Calibrate and maintain printing equipment for optimal performance.

Perform regular quality checks to ensure proper ink adhesion, colour accuracy, and print alignment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the printer or transfer process.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the printing area.

Follow safety procedures and company production standards.

Collaborate with the design and production team to meet daily printing targets.

Keep accurate records of production output and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a DTF machine operator or in a similar printing role.

Familiarity with DTF printing techniques, RIP software, and heat press operations.

Attention to detail with an eye for print quality and colour accuracy.

Ability to lift materials and work on your feet for extended periods.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of graphic file formats (e.g., PNG, PSD).

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other printing methods (e.g., DTG, screen printing, sublimation).

Knowledge of garment types and fabric handling.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
