This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to manage quote files, coordinate with the operations team, track costs, and maintain clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

Quote Files:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive quote files for customers, utilizing prices provided by the purchasing team.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of quote files for customer inquiries and internal reference.
Operations Coordination:

Collaborate effectively with the Operations department to ensure seamless supply coordination and timely order fulfillment.
Track and monitor order progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues proactively.
Cost Tracking and File Management:

Maintain organized records of cost breakdowns and related documents (e.g., invoices, purchase orders).
Ensure accurate cost data is captured and maintained for reporting and auditing purposes.
Develop and maintain filing systems for efficient retrieval of information.
Cross-Department Communication:

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and other relevant departments.
Resolve any inter-departmental issues promptly and professionally.
Local Purchasing Tracking:
