As an OSP Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. Your primary role will involve fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fiber optic splicing in both outdoor and indoor environments.

Conduct fiber testing using OTDR, power meters, and other related tools.

Read and interpret engineering plans and construction drawings.

Perform cable preparation, installation, and troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate records of splicing work and test results.

Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines.
