KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Plan and Execute AM Sales Follow-up and Service Visits and report in timely manner.
-Perform general electrical and mechanical troubleshooting duties to ensure Static & rotating equipment systems are operating as specified.
-Assist in commissioning and installations of associated equipment.
-Participate in Emergency Call On-Site Visits.
-Responsible for service and maintenance of the company's range of products and After-market visits.
-Provide on-site training for Equipment End users.
-Work with compressed air, grey water and effluent systems
-Some tasks may involve working within confined spaces.
-Manage service team technicians, & reporting protocol.
-Organize database of equipment and associated equipment
-Convey customer technical requirements to the OEM's & Principals.
-Build & Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reporting with Reporting Manager.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
-Sense of Accountability to Execute and complete Tasks Assigned.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to listen to and interpret customer needs and provide solutions
-Ability to establish and build relationships with end users & principals.
-Excellent time management skills
-Self-starter, highly motivated
-Knowledge and understanding of processes and systems
-Appropriate Computer skills for all email handling and MS Office Word Excel PPT etc.
-Driving License: Required
