Job Description

We are URGENTLY Hiring Hard Services Supervisor for our company.

Following is the JD for this post:

Job Summary:

The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of a
diverse portfolio, including four Private Villas, Residential Compound with a swimming pool,
commercial properties like banquet hall and drive thru and shopping mall. This role requires a highly
skilled individual with extensive experience in facilities management, capable of managing multiple
teams, ensuring the highest standards of work quality, and executing detailed reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Oversee day-to-day operations and site team management for maintenance and operation of
multiple properties.
▪ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and
operations, including MEP systems, HVAC units, exhaust fans, electrical distribution panels
(DP), pumps, motors, plumbing systems, renovation work, and civil work.
▪ Conduct regular inspections of facilities, including MEP systems and structural elements
such as ceilings, walls, tiles, windows, doors, stairs, basements, roofs, and floors, to ensure
proper functionality and identify any operational issues.
▪ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems,
ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to MEP systems, civil structures,
renovation tasks, HVAC units, and other critical infrastructure.
▪ Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate tasks, ensuring high-quality execution of
maintenance work for MEP systems and structural elements.
▪ Coordinate and oversee renovation projects, including repairs or replacements for ceilings,
walls, floors, doors, windows, and other building components, ensuring adherence to design
and quality standards.
▪ Manage and evaluate subcontractors for maintenance, repair, and renovation projects,
ensuring quality performance, compliance with agreements, and timely completion of
assigned tasks.
▪ Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of work for equipment and
facilities.
▪ Lead and support maintenance and operations teams, providing on-site training, guidance,
and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
▪ Perform regular site visits to each property to oversee operations, address issues, and
ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
▪ Coordinate with property managers and stakeholders to align maintenance activities with
specific property requirements and operational schedules.
▪ Implement and monitor quality control measures for maintenance and renovation work for
hard services
▪ Oversee customer satisfaction by addressing tenant and client inquiries and concerns
promptly, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
▪ Prepare and present detailed reports on maintenance activities, operational performance,
and team performance to line leaders and management.
▪ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment status, and operational metrics,
including inspections and repairs for MEP systems and structural components.
▪ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for all properties,
implementing and enforcing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
▪ Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, integrating them into
maintenance and operational procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in technical field like Mechanical technology or
Electrical technology Facilities Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on managing
multiple properties and teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
systems.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance operations and ensuring high standards of
work quality.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and
motivate diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare and present detailed reports.

Working Conditions:

• The role involves daily site visits and may require occasional travel between properties.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed (some time out of duty
hours)

Salary Range : 3500 - 4000
