Soft Services Supervisor

We are URGENTLY Hiring Hard Services Supervisor for our company.

Following is the JD for this post:

Job Purpose:

To independently manage the day-to-day operations of facility soft services including
cleaning, waste management, landscaping, security coordination, and tenant services,
while also supervising all other operational activities on-site. This individual will act as the
primary EOM representative at the project location, ensuring high service delivery
standards, client satisfaction, vendor coordination, and compliance with EOM and
regulatory protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Operations Management
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all facility-related matters at site.
• Oversee daily site operations covering both soft and general FM services.
• Coordinate with Hard Services Supervisor for MEP, HVAC, Civil, and Fire Systems
support.
• Ensure readiness and operational availability of all common areas, amenities, and
critical services.
• Monitor facility appearance, ambiance, hygiene, and functionality as per EOM
standards.
2. Soft Services Supervision
• Manage in-house and outsourced teams for cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and
waste management.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure performance aligns with SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on soft services activities.
• Enforce compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and
ISO-14001 protocols.
3. Client Interface & Communication
• Serve as the on-site face of EOM—build strong professional relationships with
clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Attend client coordination meetings, capture feedback, and execute agreed action
plans.
• Provide timely updates to the Operations Manager on critical issues, incidents, and
escalations.
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
• Supervise third-party vendor activities, ensuring scope compliance, safety, and
timely execution.
• Review and verify job completion reports, service dockets, and timesheets.
• Ensure that all external service providers meet project-specific and company
requirements.
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain site logbooks, incident reports, inspection checklists, and visitor logs.
• Submit weekly operations summary, including manpower, consumables, complaints,
and risks.
• Use CAFM or manual systems for task tracking and documentation as per EOM
policy.
6. Emergency Response & Safety
• Act as the site-level emergency coordinator for soft services.
• Support fire drills, evacuation plans, and emergency communication as per Civil
Defence guidelines.
• Ensure all staff and contractors follow PPE and safety compliance.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of integrated soft services.
• Customer-centric with good conflict resolution abilities.
• Practical understanding of hard services and ability to coordinate with technical
teams.
• Well-versed in IFM workflows, inspection regimes, and site compliance.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Hotel/Housekeeping Management,
or Engineering discipline
Experience : 5–8 years in Facilities Management with at least 2 years in supervisory role
Certifications Preferred: OSHA / IOSH / BICSc / ISSA / First Aid / Fire Warden
Skills : MS Office, CAFM familiarity, Report Writing, Basic AutoCAD understanding is a plus
Languages : Preferably Bilingual and Fluent in English; Arabic language will be clear plus
Other Attributes : Strong presence, diplomatic communication, results-driven mindset

Salary Range : 3800 - 4500
