About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Planning Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and optimise inventory planning across our stores and retail locations, ensuring high stock turnover and seamless supply chain operations. Your expertise will drive strategic decisions, improve processes, and secure our operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and set inventory targets for all stores and retail locations, ensuring optimal stock levels and high stock turns.

• Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to facilitate efficient inventory flows to store locations.

• Proactively lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives.

• Manage and influence inventory targets, including safety stock levels, adapting to changing demand and market trends.

• Drive continuous improvements in replenishment and planning processes.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Demonstrable expertise in SAP, with strong knowledge of SAP modules related to inventory, logistics, and planning.

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead strategic initiatives.
