Senior Master/ Urban Designer (Infrastructure And Transportation)

Job Description
• Familiar with the process of preparing designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated written and verbal instructions in accordance with established design practices, standards, and procedures.
• Responsible for initiating and developing engineering drawings through completion for assigned projects in conformance with the requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria.
• Independent collection, preparation, and management of project-related data from the areas of land use planning, urban development and landscape planning
• Auditing and review of detailed master planning and verification of compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participation in the preparation of and participation in public information events and hearings
• Review and auditing developers' master plans
• Familiar with codes, permits, and software applications related to the Master/Urban Planning work.
• Completion of other tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree / Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in regional and local planning and design.
• AICP certification is a plus point.
• KSA based master planning Experience, candidate to provide relevant projects in the CV.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Extensive graphics and report document production experience
• Experience with GIS
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• May require the ability to travel.
Primary Location: Saudi Arabia (Yanbu, Umluj, Duba and Al Wajh)
