We are launching a dynamic transportation company in Jeddah, focused on supporting leading food and grocery delivery apps by supplying them with reliable, professional drivers.

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager with proven experience in driver logistics for the delivery sector. The ideal candidate will be strategic, hands-on, and extremely well-connected within the driver community.

What We’re Looking For:
• A clear understanding of the food/grocery delivery model in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience working with platforms like HungerStation, Jahez, Mrsool, Nana, or similar.
• Strong driver network in Jeddah and across the Kingdom.
• Ability to design and manage scalable operations for supplying drivers (motorbikes and cars) to major apps.
• Full knowledge of local regulations, contracts, and licensing requirements.
• Ability to lead recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and driver performance monitoring.
• Track record of solving operational problems, especially around compliance, driver retention, and efficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
• Building and leading the driver supply team from the ground up.
• Creating and optimizing a business model tailored for the Saudi market.
• Maintaining strong relationships with delivery platforms and ensuring our drivers meet their standards.
• Managing the full driver lifecycle: recruitment, documentation, deployment, support, and retention.
• Ensuring cost-efficiency, quality control, and service reliability.
