LEASING MANAGER


We are looking for a dynamic & experienced Leasing Manager to join our team.

Key Roles:

• Oversee all leasing operations and tenant relations
• Develop & implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
• Identify Market needs & trends
• Conduct market analysis and identify potential tenants
• Property upkeep & improvement
• Marketing & Promoting available properties
• Manage leasing documentation and reporting.


Requirements:

• Bahrain nationality preferred with relevant educational qualification & work experience.
• Knowledge of Bahrain real estate laws and regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, Customer relationship and leadership skills.
